How we support young people in Stand Alone homes
All of our services, provide an integrated Care, Education and seek to make
positive progress in young people’s lives through joint work with key professionals and placing authorities. We work with young people to build a stable and trusting environment where they can benefit from one of our online platforms, hoping to progress to the
mainstream education system, and we can help with career guidance. The team at Blossom Hill provide assessments at the time of referral to learn and understand more about a young person’s past and present and to develop a plan that takes a holistic approach that includes education and care. We also work closely with young people in our care to develop their Care Plans, provide support and guidance to achieve their aspirations.
We take immense pride in the appearance of our homes, ensuring that each one is decorated to a standard we would be delighted for our own families to live in.
